I've already talked about it in a few articles, but I thought it would be interesting to talk a little about my faith and how it influences who I am.
I've always wanted to help, even before I became (or became again) a believer in 2022. However, it's true that my faith has changed my way of seeing life, the world, and others. I love accompanying everyone, regardless of their beliefs. I quickly noticed that my way of helping is influenced by my beliefs, just like everyone else on this planet. Which means that it evolves over time, and no one is perfect, and no one has the perfect answer. Someone pointed out that it would be useful to specify that I am Christian, so as not to bother, disturb, or shock...
We live in a world where beliefs divide us, generate wars, hatred, and suffering. Of course, I understand that a belief, especially a religious one, is part of who we are, and it's obvious that the difference in belief between two people can imply a disagreement. But two people with different beliefs can still help each other, listen to each other, respect each other, and share their knowledge. Sometimes it's necessary to accept that we don't have the same opinion in order to maintain a healthy relationship.
That's why I don't necessarily want to only help Christians, because I think what I've learned in my life, through my studies, and my travels can contribute to everyone. The question is rather: if you're not a believer or if you have another religion, will you accept my help?
"But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him?"
